CLAIRE OLDROYD M.C.S.P; S.R.P.

Claire trained in physiotherapy at the Royal London Hospital, and she practiced physiotherapy at both the Mayday Hospital and St. Thomas' Hospital, before moving into the independent sector.

Claire managed the physiotherapy department at the BUPA hospital in Leeds, and then was responsible for setting up and running the physiotherapy departments at the Nuffield Hospitals in Taunton, and most recently, in Huddersfield.

During her time with the independent hospitals Claire became the Chairman and then the President of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Independent Hospitals.

During her career Claire has been closely involved with physiotherapy for sports injuries. For five years she was the physiotherapist to the British Judo Association, and she attended the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in this capacity.

 Whilst at BUPA Leeds she was involved in setting up the sports clinic there with Dr. Crystal, the team doctor to the English RFU.
